1. How do I know my order has been received?
You will be sent an email to let you know your order has been received and this then provides order confirmation.
2. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Deliveries in and around Johannesburg and Pretoria should arrive within 24 hours if ordered before 10 am, please allow for up to 2 days delivery. While orders outside of these areas are set to be delivered within 2-3 days.
3. My Order Hasn’t Arrived
Please contact us via the 'contact us' page if your order has not been received within the delivery times specified.
4. Missing or damaged item.
Please contact us via the 'contact us' page within 7 days if your order is incorrect or an item is damaged.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel an order you have placed online as long as that order has not been dispatched. Please contact us via the 'contact us' page as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of this. If it is possible to cancel the order we will refund the order amount using your original payment method at the time of purchase.
6. Can I return an item?
We want you to be happy, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt of your order provided it is undamaged and unused, with the original packaging. Please contact us for full details.
